How do you select the coaches?
Currently, we have Finnish style certified coaches from Finland to run our programs. All upiopi coaches have years of experience teaching young students, so they have expertise to create highly engaging learning for your children.
How do you keep your programs safe?
Our coaches are carefully vetted and have strong expertise in teaching and managing online classes with young children.
Also, our learning programs are designed with our Head Coach Karoliina, who is an experienced and innovative elementary school teacher and teacher trainer, to ensure that the activities of the programs suit our young learners most.
What is different about upiopi lessons compared to other learning providers?

We believe in the power of play-based learning in nurturing a child’s overall well being. Also, it is during play that children experience the flow state. In other words, through active play, upiopers can grow their skills most effectively.
We have hands-on activities
Upiopers do not simply read about a programming language. They engage in hands-on activities to understand the logic behind it. What do I need to prepare before the program starts?
Since our programs are online, it is important that you have a stable Internet with Zoom installed on your computer or Ipad. Make sure the audio, mic, and camera work properly so the kids can have a smooth learning experience.
How do I prepare the supplies?
Programs in UAE: All the necessary supplies are common household items. We will ship to you the most of the supplies and rest of the supplies you can be buy easily / have at home.
Programs in Qatar: All the necessary supplies are common household items. Unfortunately we are not yet shipping the supplies in Qatar but as the supplies are mainly common household items you can buy easily / have at home. As soon when were are starting the shipping in Qatar we will let you know.

Do I get my money back if I'm not satisfied with the programs?
So far all of the upiopers have loved our programs, and we make sure that future upiopers will enjoy the same joy-filled learning experience. But if for some reason you are not happy with the program, you could send us an email and we will offer you a full refund. The cancellation notice has to be made within 24 hours after the

What is Upiopi?
Upiopi means... “Hupi” from the Finnish word for fun and “Opi” from the Finnish word for learn. So upiopi is “Fun, Joyful Learning”.
Our programs are designed to make both kids and parents happy. The kids get tons of joy while learning. And parents know that their kids are participating in programs that make a difference in their future.
